The Maui Prince Hotel
The most convenient place to stay is probably The Maui Prince Hotel where the wedding is being held. With easy access to Makena beach (one of the world’s best), golf courses, and other activities, you may not even want to bother getting a rental car.
The Maui Prince will be making rooms available to wedding guests at the following discounted rates, up to 5 nights before and after the date of the wedding. To take advantage of these rates you’ll need to contact the Prince Hotel’s Central Reservations line at 800-321-6248 and tell them you need to make a reservation for the “Hostetter/Ng May 2009 Wedding” at “The Maui Prince Hotel.”

Some things to note about these discounted rates:
- There is no set “room block.” Rooms at these rates are available purely on the basis of room availability at the hotel, so the sooner people make their reservations the better.

- A one night deposit is required to make a reservation, if you need to cancel your reservation the deposit will be refunded as long as you cancel at least 14 days in advance.
- Maximum occupancy is three adults or two adults and two children. Children 17 years and under are complimentary in the same room, utilizing existing bedding, when traveling with an adult. A $60 third person charge applies to a third adult occupying the same room. If a rollaway bed is required, it is included in this charge.
